We are very pleased to announce that Medics against Violence has sponsored their first sports team. The Hawkhill Community Centre Women on the Ball 5 a side football team. These ladies decided that they wanted to get fit, stay healthy and have fun at the same time and what better way to do that than as a team all working together. These are some very determined women who are absolutely committed to making their community a better place through the assets approach. The assets approach focuses on the good things in a community and makes the most of them.
